Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We visit your home, measure the space, talk through your ideas and, in most cases, give you the price right there during the visit.
How do you price your work?
Most projects are priced by the square foot, based on the tile, layout and prep the space needs. Every quote is specific to your project, so there are no surprises.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the size and materials. A backsplash usually takes one to two days, a tile floor a few days, and a full shower or bathroom remodel one to three weeks. You get a clear timeline at the estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Guidine Pereira Construction LLC is a licensed and insured business.
What is your workmanship guarantee?
Any adjustment needed within 30 days after completion is covered at no cost. After that, if an issue related to our work shows up, we come back and fix it. You only cover a trip fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, cash and check.
What areas do you serve?
We work within about two hours of Myrtle Beach, SC, including the Grand Strand, Conway, Georgetown, Florence and southeastern North Carolina.
