On large-format and plank tile we use leveling systems to keep every edge flush. Whether it is a wood-look plank through the living area, a classic checkerboard or a decorative patterned porcelain, the floor is laid out to look balanced from every entrance.

Most flooring projects are priced by the square foot, based on tile size, pattern and the condition of the subfloor. We measure during the free estimate and give you the price on the spot.
Can you install tile I already bought?
Yes. Many homeowners choose their tile at a local store and we handle the installation. We can also help you pick a tile and layout that suits the room.
How long does a tile floor take?
A single room is often finished in a few days. Larger or open areas take longer. We confirm the schedule at the estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Guidine Pereira Construction LLC is a licensed and insured business.
What is your workmanship guarantee?
Any adjustment needed within 30 days after completion is covered at no cost. After that, if an issue related to our work shows up, we come back and fix it. You only cover a trip fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, cash and check.
