A bathroom is the room where water, tile and daily use meet, so the work behind the walls matters as much as the finish. Every shower we build starts with demolition down to a sound structure, a continuous waterproofing system and a pan sloped properly to the drain.
From there we plan the layout with you: where the niche sits, how the bench is framed, which wall gets the accent tile and how the floor tile lines up with the shower. The result is a bathroom that looks clean and intentional, and holds up to everyday use along the coast.

How long does a shower remodel take?
Most shower remodels take one to two weeks from demolition to final grout, depending on size, tile format and any plumbing changes. You get a clear timeline during the estimate, before work begins.
Can you turn my bathtub into a walk-in shower?
Yes. Tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most requested projects. We remove the tub, rebuild and waterproof the pan and walls, and tile the new shower to your design.
What do you use for waterproofing?
We install a continuous waterproofing membrane on the shower walls and pan, seal every seam, corner and valve opening, and slope the floor to the drain before setting tile.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Guidine Pereira Construction LLC is a licensed and insured business.
What is your workmanship guarantee?
Any adjustment needed within 30 days after completion is covered at no cost. After that, if an issue related to our work shows up, we come back and fix it. You only cover a trip fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
